Just a quick one!

If I work out (run 45 minutes to an hour each day on the treadmill) do crunches, and eat healthy would you expect noticable results by the end of August/beginning of September?
I am an 18 year old female, around 170 pounds.

If you eat really healthy I think so.
I noticed that soda, bacon and donuts add instant pounds to me.
Working out everyday isn't really good though unless you are doing exercises for different parts of your body. Like do something like abdomen every other day and upper body or legs every other day.
