I have to agree that calcium is important especially pre pregnancy. Once you have had all the babies you want then it isn't quite as important. BUT it is important to get at least 200 mg magnesium and vitamin D so the calcium is properly dissolved through your system otherwise you can end up with stones or spurs from calcium build up. Fiber is important you can get that from whole wheat, grains, buckwheat and brewers yeast.
Drink lots of water (not tap) and omega fatty acid is good too.
