    How to stop emotional eating
    Hello I want to know how to stop eating emotinally I eat when I'm happy or scared and when I'm angry I don't eat but I've noticed I've been gaining wieght and it makes me angry so I'm not eating right now please can anybody give me some tips thanks!

    Basically it's self control at work. You need to take your mind off eating by doing other things that prevent you from stuffing your face like walking, running, exercise, etc. You can't eat when you have your hands occupied doing something else. Try chewing gum for the oral fix that eating gives you. I know I can't stuff my face when I'm outside gardening or painting something. Try not buying any treats either. That's tough to do, but in the end if it is not in your refrigerator or pantry then you can't eat it. And whatever you do, never, never eat out or order in food like pizza. That way is definitely the best way to keep from gaining weight.
