Watch your calories. Almost everything has calories. Read your labels.... Look for low calories , low fat ( 5g or less), and high fiber content. Hope this helps... Best wishes to you on your weight lose journey

this is all true but you cant forget that you need to exercise on a daily basis along with watching your calories
