| Water and protein little buddy! It will only take a few weeks to get through the hunger pains, they ill subside quicker than you think...just stay committed. I definitely recommend packing your lunch for school the night before...you will be amazed. THrow a couple oranges in your locker each week and they will give you a few calories and a quick energy boost! You are right you are unhealthy, but at least you know it and are doing something about it! GOOD FOR YOU! |
