    How many pounds do I need to lose to lose 1.5 cm or .6 inches to my waist?
    If it helps I'm 5 feet 10 inches, 141 pounds, my waistline is 32 inches, and my bodyfat percentage is 16%.

    You don't necessarily need to lose any weight you need to do sit ups to firm your stomach.
    I constantly go from 139 to 128 lbs and my stomach remains at 31 inches.
    I would love to get to a 27-28 inch waist but I know it ain't going to happen unless I firm my stomach with exercise.
    The weight will come off with the exercise but the inches/cms will not come off without exercise.
