any tea that is high in anti oxidents such as polyphenol (green tea) is good to drink.
Drink plenty of water. Eat breakfast, cut out all diet foods and aspartame, junk food and diet food.
I eat lots of grapefruit too.

People have a hard time losing weight because their system gets out of balance with toxins from unhealthy foods. They think if they don't eat they will lose but the body goes into fasting mode not knowing when you will eat again and stores the food. They think they can eat all the diet food they want because it is 'diet' when actually diet food puts weight on. They can not lose weight until they detox and balance their leptin hormones. To detox your digestive system buy a detox that contains milk thistle, burdock, clover, fenugreek, slippery elm, cascara sagrada and dandelion. For two to three weeks eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, yogurt, eggs, organic juices and water (not tap). By then you should have a thinner feeling and more energetic and it should be easier to lose from there. You can add meat, cheese and healthy foods after that.

salad with grilled chicken and a little Italian dressing don't drink anything but water 60 oz a day.stay away from pork.I lost 50 lbs. in 3 months doing this. You can eat 500 calories every meal 3 times a day.Bodybuilders eat grilled chicken, tuna, brown rice.Protein is the key and grilled chicken has a lot.It really does work just remember you can't drink anything but water.

I think so, but I hope you are eating a little more variety than that.

you need to eat more not less, eating more fruits and vegetables you will not gain weight. You might not be losing because you aren't getting enough fiber in your diet.
How tall are you????
If you eat foods that increase your serotonin like milk and chicken that should help you sleep at night.

You are starving your body of nutrients if all you ever eat is rice and tea.
You need fresh vegetables and fruits, fiber and meat (and/or nuts and grains) for antioxidents, metabolism, enzymes, protein and so forth that help your body to lose weight.
One time I lost weight on eating either eggs and whole wheat bread with jelly or oatmeal and grapefruit for breakfast and for lunch and dinner potatoes and chicken. and all the fruits and veggies I could eat.
You need to add some peppers, snap peas, shredded carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic, mung beans and strips of chicken or steak to that rice!

asking agrees: Yes. More fiber! All the fruit and vegetables you can eat. Nuts are fine too. Stay away from cereal and grains as much as possible.

You need to mix up your diet, not just one diet or the other will work, it is proper nutrition. 80-85% of weight loss is nutrition, fruits, vegetables, foods that are good for you and provide healthy calories are very important. You must stay away from fats and sugar, drink plenty of water, up to 96oz. a day ( I know it is a lot), eat 5 to 6 meals a day so your body eats fat and not muscle and eat healthy, healthy, healthy. Also you should figure out for your height and weight what your calorie intake should be for a healthy weight loss, I believe your height and weight and age, your bmr is about 1500, times that by 1.2 if you are typically sedentary most of the day and you should be around 1800 calories a day.
