How I lose weight in my arms and legs but not my stomach?
kay so my stomach is super skinny, but my legs and arms aren't.
they aren't fat, they are pretty muscular..well my legs are..but my
arms are just fat. they don't fit my body at all. its weird.
i've done push-ups and i'm a cheerleader, but it never
    turns into muscle.

    me insane!!!

What is going on with the fonts, mine is acting weird too? Anyway, aerobic exercise will usually streamline your body.

Aerobics, jogging, walking, resistance training, biking and swimming, along with a healthy, natural diet with no fast or processed foods, and lots of water, you need to work out the whole body 3-4 times a week for a min.of 30 minutes.

Im a cheerleader too... Im a base so my arms and legs are very big but muscular... I would walk... fast walk for about an hour at least 4-6 times a week... DO NOT RUN... running builds muscle where as walking Is more weight loss... as far as your arms when you walk bring little 5-10 pound dun bells with you... kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

I'm not thin, but I'm not fat, my family say I've lost weight for I used to be a very, very chubby child.
I don't know where else to turn, I just need to lose weight altogether!!
My arms aren't huge but boy they are big, I'm not afraid to admit that, I just need to know what to do...
