I was wounder how to get rid of my belly fat healthy and easy. I have been fat for 2 years or more and I have tryout everything and nothing has happen .. The rest of my body is small my legs, arms , butt , brest no weight there so if you could help me get my life back I would apperictie it so much...........................

I have this problem too. Those last few lbs on the belly stink! There is a new cosmetic procedure called smart lipo. I was thinking of checking it out. It almost seems to good to be to, it's not surgery i guess its a laser. And they say you can leave and go back to work. Other then that I think that getting rid of those last few lbs will take alot of exercise and diet. Good luck!
