How can I lose a stubborn 5lbs!

Hi, I am 19 years old 5"6 and currently weigh about 8st 11lbs. Don't get me wrong, I don't think I'm fat and I'm not wanting to lose much weight but about a year ago I was 8st 7lbs and I was just happier and more confident at that weight, so I figure I can safely go back to that weight but I am fairly sensible about what I eat and go to the gym regularly and can't shift the last bit what am I doing wrong!? Is there anyway I can make sure I'm at optimum fat burning/weight loss potential ? Thanks

Well, 5 lbs won't make or break you. But I sympathize with you! I have 3 babies and after each one I couldn't get rid of the last 5-10 lbs for a while. I don't use diet pills or any of that stuff. But I can tell you what worked for me... one is a quick fix and the other is quick and a little gross.

Take water pills for a week or so( as directed) that will get rid of the excess water your body is retaining sometimes a lot!

Take an enema. It cleans your lower half out and gets rid of all the bad stuff.

Hope that helps sweetie!! And just so you know... making yourself feel good about yourself is okay but don't fret over a few pounds every time you lose a few pounds!! Every girl IS sexy in her own way if she KNOWS she is sexy in everyway!!!

Awesome!! Just an FYI not all water pills are created equal! do some reading before you grab and go. Don't get anything that is a "diet pill" they can kill you. Good luck girl and by the way while you are out stop by the lingerie aisle and pick you up something hot!! You will feel like a million bucks!!

First, the answers that tell you not to worry over 5 lbs are right on target.

If you are exercising, you are turning fat into muscle and muscle weight more than fat, that alone could account for the 5 lb difference.

If you are that concerned, you could try one of those colon cleansing products. They claim to be able to remove love handles, tummy bulge, and from 5 to 20 lbs of weight that can't be eliminated by diet or exercise.

Do some research on them first though, I have not checked into any of these so called claims of them working or not.
