how can i lose 10 kgs in one month?seriously.

hi, i am an 17 years old and i need to lose 10 kilos in a month. I weigh about 110 kilos right now.
Please don't tell me that it is too much. I am willing to do whatever it takes except any pills.
Please help me with serious answers and not saying "oh man! that's Hard"...please help needed.

No, you can't. If you starve yourself, you will lose muscle (not fat) as a survival thing.
the safest and most reasonable amount to lose per month is about 3 kg.

That's 22 Pounds or 1.6 stone.
