and if you're excercising, are you maybe gaining muscle mass and losing fat? if thats the case, muscle weighs more than fat so tat would be why you're not losing weight.
your diet should be healthy and well-balanced. be careful with strict diets. make sure that you're eating enough of everything you need- vitamins, protein, good fats, good carbs, etc. |
