    Are you sure you want to get in the army??

    Crush diets are usually bad for your health and you will gain all the pounds back on in no time..
    Fill yourself up with vegetables and salads right before you eat. This way you won't eat as much. You can also try to stop eating a bit before you get that "i am full" feeling. Don't eat large meals rather smaller ones all throughout the day.
    Mmm what else.. my sister is a nutritionist and her patients usually lose weight gradually and over long period.
