help with weight loss

hey, im 13 years old and i desperatly need to loose weight. im in fashioin and everything but it never looks good on me because of my weight. im about 5'8 and about probably like 160. i dont even know where it all came from.can i have some help. i want to be about atleast like 120 the normal weight?? any ideas...

start with running daily .... u r not that fat ... thats why it will be harder to lose weight ... so let all ur food to be vegetables and fruits .. u can have orange juice and yogurt as breakfast .. salad and chicken like ceaser salad as lunch ..and try to drink a lot of water between meals... stop having snacks .. do not drink any sodas or water while eating ur meal ..it creates a huge stomach .. have patience and all will be lost .. ooh about the dinner it should be any kind of preferred fruits but do not have ur dinner after 8 pm . maybe u don't trust this but i tried and i did it ..
