food plan?

hey there,

first i would like to ask if large amount of tea drinking is bad for you and if it make you gain any weight as i live off tea.

secondly i would like to ask what are some simple things to eat at lunch at school that will both fill me up but also be healthy as i wish to be healthy. i tend to eat alot of crap as that is what my mum packs for me.

please help

PS i am 18 and i weigh 65 though have bits of fat poking out of my body in all the wrong places
