    Sorry betty, it really isn't safe to recommend any diet pills. It is up to the individual to make that decision themselves.

    Personally I wouldn't recommend any, cause most of them are junk, but I would say hydroxycut hardcore, but you have to exercise with them, or it is a waste of mone my friends take them they say good things, just never worked for me, all depends on if your body will accept them to work.
