The best diet plan includes healthy food choices, like whole grain breads, cereals, rice and pastas, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish and loin type meats, in smaller portions. Cutting out presweetened drinks like soda, and drinking alot of water. Cutting out fast foods, fatty foods, sweets, and high sodium snacks like chip, use small portions of seeds or nuts to snack on. No processed foods, just natural selections and smaller portions. A serving of meat is only 2-3 oz. Exercise is totally necessary, 3-4 times a week, 30-60 minutes work, all over body workout. Small constant changes will show great results in time.

This site will let you personalize your diet and will tell you the right amount of meats, veggies, fruit and dairy to get to your ideal weight.

I used it a few years ago and lost 27 pounds! It is amazing that you seem to be eating constantly, but you still lose weight.
