| Correct order of exercise to lose maximum weight? Hi,
I have started exercising regularly.
I am 23. My height is 5 6". I weigh approx 80 kgs.
I used to exercise 4-5 years back.My body was in good shape then.
I have planned to lose weight 4 -5 kgs a month, because scientifically you can safely lose up to 1-1.5 kgs a week without regaining weight.
But due to education/IT work environment I could not exercise regularly.
I hv put on weight mainly because of fat on waist-hip area as well as belly.
I can spend 2 hours on exercise.
I am looking at combining weights and cardio into my program.
I have planned following activities in my schedule.
Cardio For 20-30 minutes (Daily)
Regular exercise weight training 30-40 minutes (Daily)
Cycling /jogging for 20-30 minutes (Daily)
Rigorous swimming for 30-40 minutes (Daily)
This adds up to 100-140 minutes of daily workout.
First of all is this the correct program?
If yes then what is the correct order for these activities for losing weight safely?
Please suggest appropriate diet(VEG) and frequency of intake. |
