I am no pro, but am working on a similar problem. I feel ANY weight loss will distribute evenly... So overall doing cardio will make you lose your man breasts. Personally I found a recommended goal that I am working towards. 3 sets of 50 pushups, starting with a smaller number to start and working up to 50. Once at 50 put your feet on a chair and do them inclined. I have worked from NEVER doing pushups to being able to do 3 sets of 30 pushups and it took me only about 3 weeks. I'm not real intense about it at all, but it got way easier real fast. Personally I have a little extra weight in the front, belly and chest, and that is where I want to lose my weight.

If anyone has a better solution I would love to hear it. To my knowledge though you have to lose weight accross the board in order to lose weight in a specific area.
