OK BEFORE MY 4 KIDS I USED TO WEIGH BETWEEN 140 & 150 NOW I AM CONSIDERED OVERWEIGHT =[ I WEIGH 170.
SO I DECIDED TO START THIS DIET... NOT SURE IF IT WILL HELP OR IF ITS SAFE! MY GOAL IS TO LOOSE BETWEEN 25LBS AND 50LBS!!!
OK HERE IS MY DIET PLAN!
1. SPECIAL K CEREAL WITH SKIM MILK FOR BREAKFAST
2. GRAPEFRUIT FOR SNACK
(BEFORE LUNCH TAKE 3 SLIM QUICK HOODIA PILLS*RECOMMENDED DOSAGE*)
3.SLIM QUICK WITH 1/2 A SANDWICH WITH HAM & CHESSE
4APPLE FOR SNACK
(BEFORE DINNER TAKE 3 SLIM QUICK HOODIA PILLS*RECOMMENDED DOSAGE*)
5. EAT A REGULAR DINNER
6.BANANA FOR SNACK
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK? WILL IT WORK? AND QUICK? AND SAFE? BY QUICK I MEAN LIKE BY THE END OF DECEMBER! NOT A WEEK!
the only thing i can say is that i tried the hoodia pills and they made me sick and i didnt lose any weight with them but the diet seems like it would work and i dont know if know this but grape fruit has something in it that helps you to lose weight
You'd probably lose a few.. Most-likely water weight. Eventually your body will get used to that diet, and you'll hit a plateau. I don't think you'll be able to lose 25 - 50lbs on that diet that quickly. I wish you luck though! Keep us updated <3
