The average person needs only 2,000 calories a day (24 hrs) to not lose or gain weight.
Get a paperback Calorie book at a Food Store, Drug Store, etc, or you can find Calories in Foods online. Add up the calories you eat/drink in one day, and try cutting back to less than 2,000 calories. That will really help lose weight.
If you lose too much weight, sagging will occur, if you lose weight in your breasts. If you get "saggy skin", which is an extreme case, the only way to get rid of it is by surgery. I do wish you the best. |
