It takes more then beers bud. Lots of fatty food, lots of non exercise, just lay in your bed all day and night. Drink and eat all day. The only exercise you will get is to go to the washroom.

Eat a lot of junk food while you are swilling at least a case of beer a day and presto in no time you will be asking us how to rid yourself of a big beer belly.

of course, lots of beer, fatty foods, sedentary lifestyle...may get you a beer belly...

...but it could also get you kidney failure + heart disease before it gets there.

best wishes.

Just out of curiosity, why are you trying to get a beer belly?

Probably to impress his beer buddies??
Maybe he thinks the bigger the beer belly the more he will be able to drink???
