In addition to your exercise you need to pay close attention to your dietary intake! Make sure along with your regular exercise that you are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet and drinking plenty of water. It is not enough to just do the exercise! Diet must be a part of the equation!! You cannot target fat in only certain parts of the body so be patient!! If you are doing the right things it will eventually come off! You didn't gain that belly overnight so don't expect it to dissappear overnight!
