Definately, it looks very nice.

Is it a casual or formal event?
That dress would suit for both,
with the cardigan for less formal, without the cardigan for a more formal look.

If you want to add color you could go for some funky jewellery

And... I like the shoes with the little hearts inside

thanks so much! i was a little worried because it was black and white an i didn't want to "compete" with the bride's dress because of the white. i think i'm going to wear the cardigan with it because it has spaghetti straps and i don't want to be too "showy". what other colors would go with this?

Haha no, I wouldn't worry about that, now if you were wearing an all white dress then I would suggest you change it.
Patterned black and white is fine.
It's a very pretty dress too!

Competeing with the bride would be over 50% white.
Lots of women wear black and white to weddings now.
You'll be fine with that.

love the dress and shoes..not so wild about the sweater. i wish you had it in black or even white. i think it takes too much away from the dress.

I am sure what others say is true, but my opinion on this is a little different.

I am thinking that the pink sweater clashes with the dress and it is such a pretty dress.
Maybe a lighter pink or red perhaps?

edit;;;; or black as d&nmommy says.

Very cute and very appropriate. Black for weddings is very chic and acceptable now and the shots of color and white make it cheerful and festive. I wish I had the figure for this adorable outfit! Have fun!
