| I agree, Chuck. Unless the wedding is very, very formal or very, very small, I see no reason to exclude children, especially when there are children in the immediate family of the bride and groom. And, as you said, if children are excluded, the bride and groom should offer care for them.
I don't normally advocate guilt trips, but in this case I think it's necessary. You aren't talking about a random co-worker's child, you're talking about a family member being excluded because of age. That's just nuts. |
