    Go to the courthouse and ask

    First you go get a marriage license, that can be 30 to 120 dollars depending on your state.

    Then you find out what the judge charges for the wedding by asking the clerk.

    It can vary by courthouse within a state and by state. You just don't know till you ask.

    The judge may set an appointment up for you, or many have set times each day they do everyone waiting for a wedding.

    Also most clerks have lists of pastors that will do weddings at your home, their home or on location
