Yahoo Phone has disappeared on my Messenger

I have been using VOIP for years now. I paid for Yahoo Phone and have renewed it often. Today I went to use it as I knew I had a balance there and the Computer to Phone option has disappeared entirely from my Yahoo Messenger. Yahoo is no help so I was wondering if this community had any ideas or information on this "Problem"

Try uninstalling it and reingstalling it.
It should work.

Thanks Grant. I uninstalled Yahoo completely and re-installed from the website. Now I can see the phone numbers but when I click on them there is no response, the dial dialog does not come up. I tried entering the number directly into the "Call a Phone Number" but it still wouldn't connect. Very strange. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact I am using Vista Home Premium.
