Need to trace this number

I received call from this 2 no. 10988 and 1852109 not sure if it is from VOIP. Can anyone help need to find it urgently.

That looks like the type of numbers that come up on my phone when my son calls from Iraq.

BUT collection agencies have a way of making non phone number numbers show up on your phone when they call. So I say most likely it is collection agencies.

the only info I'm getting for the first number is that it's the zip for unionville, ny. I'm not finding anything for the second number.

(i googled them)

The first number appears to be a Long distance code:
Long Distance Carrier access codes
Scroll down to 10988
7 digits after and no area code?
At the bottom it has usefull info for phone research/repair:
