Button in frontpage 2003

Button in frontpage 2003

I want to people to put their information in a frontpage form I created and hit the send button. The problem is, I can not figure out how to do this without frontpage components loaded on the server which Comcast will not do. Does anyone have a way of programming this button without going the frontpage conponent route?
