Data Report in Design View

Hi!

I am Create a data report in Design View.. But I don't want that.. I would like to take a print out depends on the user requirement..

For Example in Ms- Access database i am having customer details.. On that i want one particular member details only displayed in a datareport as well as i would like to print that details only..

Help me..
