I believe you just have a broken blood vessel in your eye. Stress will cause this as well as just getting dust in your eye. The blood spot will be absorbed and usually takes about 10 days to go away completely. But if it feels like something is in your eye, you should get it checked out right away.

HI anna... i've done that a few times.

It's just a tiny blood vessel in your eye, maybe you poked yourself in your eye in the night or something, it will go in a day or so.
If it doesn't,( although i'm sure it will) go along and see your doctor.

Takecare.

Go see your doctor right away. As its likely to be a broken blood vessel, it could be something more....serious...Go to your eye doctor.
