deteriorating lasik

hello, i had lasik surgery in the year 2000 and i learned that it starts deteriorating after 10 years.now is 2007 and im noticing the difference to the point that im starting to have headaches.my question is since 2000 there most have been more improvements in this procedures is there now a permanent one?does it have another name?where can i read about it?

You need to go in for a complete eye exam and find out exactly what is ocurring. Your ophthalmologist will explain what has ocurred and what your options are. I don't know what your insure situation is but if you are experiencing vision problems, you insurance should cover this visit. Check with your regular doctor for a referral.

Lasik is permanent, you are most likely experiencing deteriorating vision due to age. Did you just fix the distance vision? What age are you?
