I Am -1.25 In Both Eyes. Any Idea On How To Reduce The No. Or Be 0.00 ?

Dependening on your age, it may be correctable with lenses or glasses.

Get Lasik. Contacts or Glasses will not FIX your vision, it will just correct it while they are in use. Lasik will permanently change the vision.
