Why canty i not get a passport if i owe childsupport

i tried to get a passport for a cruise and i was denied , for childsupport but do pay ...every week directly from my check.. can i still get one???

You have to prove that you are current...and don't have any in arrears that you still owe.

If you still owe back support that hasn't been paid..they can do that.
