But no a passport is under 100 dollars. And they have to get a US visa to get married, and ther are many requirements
Also this area is the most know for dating fraud, they use "bought" ID and even passports from young girls and use them over and over. They have rooms full of people, old women, men who write on the internet, even make phone calls pretending to be these ladies |
