Hi, first off you need to get onto the government website and you'll need to down load the appropriate form. you need to decide whether he is visiting or staying. if hes visiting and has never been turned down for a visa before then all you need is a sponsor who owns their own home to invite him to the uk. if he has been refused before then its unlikely he'll get accepted. if its settlement that you want then the best option there is to go to turkey and marry him, but before you go you need to get a certificate from the registry office to say you are single then you need to get that stamped by the foreign office to say it is an original copy you then need to go to the Turkish consulate and get it stamped there too. without all this you will find it almost impossible to marry. please remember don't take no for an answer the home office say yes eventually.
