My case was languishing with the "competent" authorities in Lisbon since 2003. The Advocate that initially lodged my papers died last year. In March 2011, I contacted a Lisbon law firm and have just received notification that the registration of birth is complete. It took ONLY 3 MONTHS. I would suggest seeking professional assistance as opposed to using the touts in Goa. Also, you probably shouldn't be putting your process number on public forums like this.
