Portuguese Passport Renewal In UK

my fiancee and son are both portuguese and living with me in Wales. My son's Portuguese passport has expired. Is it possible to apply for a passport renewal in the UK?

My Portuguese Passport expires on 7th of July 2007 and the I.D. card expires in 7.7.2008.
What do I need to renew my Passport. I live in U.K. for the last 7 years. I am not registered in Portuguese Consulate in London. Please advise me

my boyfriend is portugeuse and needs a new passport as his is lost. we tried contacting the portuguese consulate, who after 3 hours finaly answered the phone. only to tell us that he would have to wait until october! it is now may! my boyfriends uncle, however, did say that it is possible to go to portugal and gt a passsport on the same day, much like when you do it here in the uk.

what i need to know is, were is the passport office in portugal?
