yes you do, the entitlemtent to nationality, goes back at least three generations :-) but make sure you have access to the relevant documents for this - birth certificate for your mom will have been held on the portuguese central registers, they will need her birthplace, date and her own parents full name and last known place of residence , by the way, i should warn you its expensive too!!!
