I would like to make a Portuguese Passport. I was born in Bombay in 1962. I understand that I cannot make a Portuguese Passport unless my mother does it.

My father was born in Goa, after his marriage in Goa, he was residing in Bombay, expired in 1985 in Bombay. My parents got married in 1958 in Goa.

My mother also was born in Goa. She was born in 1938 residing in Bombay since 1959. At present she is in Bombay and staying with me. We have our Indian Passports.

I do not have any Billete or Travel Document or old Birth Certificate in Portuguese of my parents. I have my parents Municipal Birth Certificates in English and Marriage Certificate. I would like to know as to what is required for doing my mother's Portuguese Passport.

Also, my mother's Birth Certificate which is in English, can I register it in Portugal, so that I can get her Birth Certificate in Portuguese from Portugal. If so, what is the address where I should send her Birth Certificate to Portugal to get it registered. At present, I am residing in Bombay with my mother.
