Portguese Citizenship

I am a South America born, my Father is Portugese, I need to find the application for Portugese Citizenship. If any has the aplication or can guide me to the correct path.

This cannot be done online. You must bring all originals and copies of documents and contact the nearest Portuguese consulate in person.
