[font=Georgia]My brother is active duty Army currently stationed in Germany and has met a woman over there he wants to marry. The dilemma comes that he has reenlisted and instead of being there till March like he thought they've moved his date to leave up to December 23rd. The question is if she comes here on a tourist visa and they get married during that 90 days will her visa be automatically extended for 2 years b/c he is Military, or will she need to return to her country and apply for a regular Visa?
