Please I will like to know whether the old passport which where in the process before the issue of the new biometric has been cancel or still exist.?

Kindly help me out of this situation,I know a Ghanaian lady resident of Kumasi,who says she is deeply in love with me and have been chatting regularly since 1 year have also given me her mobile no. And also showed her family pics with her have also helped her with money since 3 months back and is still in my contact regularly and wishes that I visit her place once so that she introduces me with her mom brother and sister.has sent me her passport copy.Now should I believe her that is not a fake or what is your advice in this case.

this is to inform the Ghanian passport office that there is a woman in nyakrom by the name of Jessica Lowson I.D. E112002 that is in the voting district of 25359951 that has been scamming any male from around the world and just may try to obtain a passport form any where, I just found out that I'am the thrid person that she has scammed. I have filed a complaint with IC3.gov jere in the United States and have filed a complaint with ACS @ state.gov at rhe U.S. Embassy there in Accra. This is a majorf issue and she will continue to do so if not stopped. Thank You for your imput and making her not able to leave theh country. Alos she has been put on the world wide scammers list. Thank You Rocky Welch
