Hi! I am a portuguese citizen living in london for about 4 years. I am also an I.D. holder and until 2 weeks was a passport holder as well. I first had my passport in Portugal and lost it I would like to know how long does it takes to have a new one? I am going to register at the consulate tomorrow morning. My brother is going with me as his I.D. card is expired and he needs to flight to Germany on the 20th December do u reckon he will have his I.D. or passport before then?
