no they do not have a wedding cam and no that is not basicly legal

and no a passport and visa only costs at most on the rush about 120 dollars.

What they do have is alot of scam artists who use young girls to online date men and get them to send 100's and 1000's of dollars.

This is a scam, they want your money only, just go to the US embassy website for Ghana and you will see warnings for this,
Right now the Ghana passport scam is the largest one online.

yes there is 1 internet caffee in accra ,its called ( jeff 's corner internet caffee , they have web cam there ,i found that info on internet caffee in accra ,tourist stuff .

Just because you can see the girl on webcam doesnt mean it's not a scam, you both need to go to other online dating sites or ignore these people from Ghana.

It probably is, there really is no way of knowing if she is using any money requested for what she claims but if she is requesting outrageous ammounts of money for a visa and/or passport then it most likely is a scam.

A passport for Ghana and a visa to the US is $130.00 to the USA, I dont know the costs for a visa to NZ but contact a New Zealand passport office and ask them, if she is requesting more it's a scam.

Fianlly offer to pay for her plane ticket yourself (if you want to pay it) if she says no and wants you to send the cash to buy the plane ticket herself it's a scam (no matter what excuse she uses)
