German Passport.

Hi, I was born in Germany in 1960 and have my Birth Certificate. My Father was American, passed since and my Mother German. My mother became a US Citizen, but I retained both citizenships. I do not have a US passport and would like to obtain a German one. Can I do this and any help. Thanks
