My husband and I want to take a cruise to the South Caribean and don't know if he can get a passport being a felon? Does it matter what he was convicted of that made him a felon?:confused
A passport is merely a federal ID, he can get one, what he has to deal with, is if there are visas required to enter other countries, those countreis may have restrictions depending on what the crime was.
