F1 visa under optional practical training in USA

I have completed my MS (electrical) from Arizona State University, AZ, USA.
I am holding F1 visa under optional practical training in USA.
I would like to know if i can enroll in a second MS course concurrently while
under optional practical training. I like your advise in the matter.
