why does my gta san andreas plays in slow motion?

my computer is pentium 4
CPU 3.00GHz,960MB or Ram
hardisk 80gig

maybe try and lower the settings on it, i.e youll lose the quality of the graphics but you might gain speed

i already tried that.,when im inside a house,store,restaurant,bar and etc it is not in slow motion.But if im outside it is super slow

it would seem that your comp is having problems redering all the objects outside i,e in the street there are too many things for you comp to keep track of, maybe try and free up some memory but im not sure it will work
