whats wrong, people are asking?
1.my dad has a gf who is only 10 yrs older than me.
2. i hate her ^^
3.my dad is choosing her over me, and we have always been close.
4. all my friends are moving, and i mean ALL to different states.
5. my self esteem is lowering, and i barely have any anyway.
6. my BEST FRIEND broke into, and trashed, my house. and hid stuff and we called the police, so now i dont have a best friend.
7. i have noone to talk to, like people need bc everyone is gone, even my dad.
8. everything is going goodbye.

and i can't take it anymore.

what should i do?

and dont tell me to relax, i need real help.

Take up a sport and get a lot of exercise every day... cycling is very good, you can build up your stamina and muscles. Lots of fun!

Exercise and lots of it cures most of what ails anyone. Studies have shown that out.

Have you tried talking to your dad? (And I don't mean telling him that his girlfriend is horrible and that you hate her) It seems like you're really hurting and your dad probably doesn't realize what he's doing. Sometimes people get caught up in the moment and they need someone to point out that they're doing something hurtful.
